What we see here is a typology again of the fall and defilement of the Ruach Hakodesh with fallen man's flesh through sin and the redemption of our flesh (cleansing of our garments) provided by YHWH. It is important that we see from YHWH's point of view how people become sick. There is only one cause and there is only one cure. The cause of the disease happened on the first day and was observed by the Priest, Yeshua. The solution occurs only one way on the 7th day when the Priest, Yeshua, checks in on him again.
Leviticus 13: 1And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, saying, 2When a man shall have in the skin of his flesh a rising, a scab, or bright spot, and it be in the skin of his flesh like the plague of leprosy; then he shall be brought unto Aaron the priest, or unto one of his sons the priests:
Yeshua and/or one of His priests will check out the diseased person that is brought to them.
Leviticus 13: 3And the priest shall look on the plague in the skin of the flesh: and when the hair in the plague is turned white, and the plague in sight be deeper than the skin of his flesh, it is a plague of leprosy: and the priest shall look on him, and pronounce him unclean.4If the bright spot be white in the skin of his flesh, and in sight be not deeper than the skin, and the hair thereof be not turned white; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague seven days:
The Ruach Hakodesh that is upon Adam and Eve is banished from the Garden of Eden with fallen flesh for 7 (millennial) days. They are profane and cannot remain in the sanctuary since they have dead flesh. Death cannot abide in the place of life. In fact it is the last enemy that Yeshua defeats through giving us His living flesh, the Bread of Heaven. The ultimate goal is not only the redemption of Israel. Israel is only a type of what is happening above. The ultimate goal is the end of death. Dying no longer happens. Only life occurs. That means the Ruach Hakodesh is no longer living in dead flesh, but in glorified flesh. This is the type of restored Israel. The Ruach Hakodesh is the barren and defiled woman whose garments (flesh) are made clean and living.
Leviticus 13: 5And the priest shall look on him the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague in his sight be at a stay, and the plague spread not in the skin; then the priest shall shut him up seven days more:
Yeshua and/or one of His priests will check on the leper (fallen man) on the seventh day. One day is as a 1,000 years. Yeshua returns to reign for 1,000 years in the 7th millennia (Shabbat).
2 Peter 3: 7But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. 8But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
The work of the Messiah is cleansing the leper (fallen man). Man is shut out of the Garden of Eden for seven days after the first seven days of creation. The Kingdom and Name of YHWH are divided by the fall of man and the exile of the Ruach Hakodesh. Restoring the unity of the Kingdom and YHWH's name can only happen with the restoration of Holy and incorruptible flesh for those who fell in the Garden. This is the work of Yeshua the Messiah who humbles Himself for the redemption of the garments of the Ruach Hakodesh.
Leviticus 13: 6And the priest shall look on him again the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague be somewhat dark, and the plague spread not in the skin, the priest shall pronounce him clean: it is but a scab: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.
To become clean the diseased person must wash (mikva) his clothes (flesh) in water (Ruach of Yeshua) to become clean. Remember Yeshua and the Ruach Hakodesh join in the Mikva. They are the double portion of the Ruach that we seek. The Mikva is the womb and we are born again-New bottles for new wine.
Leviticus 13: 7But if the scab spread much abroad in the skin, after that he hath been seen of the priest for his cleansing, he shall be seen of the priest again.
If the diseased person doesn't get better and the disease becomes worse, the priest will see him again. Yeshua saw us (fallen man) on the 4th day and since we as an entire people became worse by not accepting His sacrifice, He will see us again on the 7th day.
Leviticus 13: 20And if, when the priest seeth it, behold, it be in sight lower than the skin, and the hair thereof be turned white; the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague of leprosy broken out of the boil.21But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hairs therein, and if it be not lower than the skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:
Adam and Eve are banished from the Garden of Eden seven days and they are re-evaluated on the seventh day.
Leviticus 13:26But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hair in the bright spot, and it be no lower than the other skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:
Adam and Eve banished from the Garden of Eden seven days.
Leviticus 13:27And the priest shall look upon him the seventh day: and if it be spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy.
Yeshua or one of His priests will check on the diseased person, the Ruach Hakodesh, on the 7th day. Yeshua YHWH is searching for Adam and Eve in the garden on the seventh day. This is after Adam and Eve had sinned and tried to ascend through mixing seed. Yeshua will come and search for them again in another 7 days. Notice this cycle keeps repeating for each type of disease. All disease has one source, our fall in the Garden of Eden. There is only one remedy, the priest, Yeshua coming again on the seventh day. As you go through the chapter you will see this repeat over and over with each type of disease. Either the disease is cleansed or it is going to be consumed in the fire, whether it be garment, house, or flesh. They are all the same, our corruptible bodies.
Leviticus 13:51And he shall look on the plague on the seventh day: if the plague be spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in a skin, or in any work that is made of skin; the plague is a fretting leprosy; it is unclean.
Yeshua or one of His priests will check on the diseased person on the 7th day.
Leviticus 13:52He shall therefore burn that garment, whether warp or woof, in woollen or in linen, or any thing of skin, wherein the plague is: for it is a fretting leprosy; it shall be burnt in the fire.
Notice unclean garments (flesh) are burned in the fire. They are profane.
Leviticus 13:53And if the priest shall look, and, behold, the plague be not spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin;54Then the priest shall command that they wash the thing wherein the plague is, and he shall shut it up seven days more: 55And the priest shall look on the plague, after that it is washed: and, behold, if the plague have not changed his colour, and the plague be not spread; it is unclean; thou shalt burn it in the fire; it is fret inward, whether it be bare within or without.
What we must remember is that the person is the house and is the garment of the Ruach Hakodesh that needs to be cleansed form contact with the uncleanness. Yeshua is the answer for cleansing and making the Ruach Hakodesh whole and healthy again and able to re-enter the holy sanctuary.
